Tofu Cheesecake: 3½ tablespoons cornstarch for 3½ tablespoons Emes Kosher Gel.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set.
Carob Mocha Mousse: Use 2 teaspoons Instant Clear Jel for 2
teaspoons Emes Kosher Gel. Add the Instant Clear Jel last while mixture is blending.
Jello: Use agar powder for Emes Kosher Gel, ½ teaspoon for
1 cup of liquid, or 2½ teaspoons for this recipe. This is using
agar powder, not flakes.
Jack Cheese: Omit Emes Kosher Gel and serve cheese recipe as a spread.
